Hello. I'm a wimp. Always have been. Always will be. I'm an ectomorph with very poor receptors. I vowed I'd never get into this nonsense again after spending my early 20s dedicated to free weights. Here I am, 40, at week 11 of a 12-week test cycle – my first cycle – having gone from 170 to a plateaud 198. I'll do an eight-week PCT, keeping same amount of calories I have used for this bulk, then see if I want to try a second cycle, or stop the nonsense again.
