    Since coming back on here recently Ive noticed the same joke/jibe or whatever you want to call it about members who dont, have never trained. Not a critcism of course.

    I just thought I would make this little poll to see what the actual state of play with our members in. Hopefully I have covered most basis on the poll.

    At least you are doing a bit though. I have just messaged my gym owner to see if anyone can help me get back to things post surgery . Partly for motivation but also for safety!

    This. Even training is sporadic at best. Thought it would be idea to jump on tren to up the motivation......it did not!

    Trying to get back a bit consistency its not going to bad training wise,diet is not so good, its hot over here and never feel like eating during the day.Also I drink to much wine on a night which doesn't help lol

    We have to be the worst bunch of body builders to ever hit the gym

    We don't make Joe Weider turn in his grave.... we make him spin like a fcukin turbine!!

    Glad I'm not the only one who needs a bottle of red as part of his sleeping routine. Just before brushing my teeth usually!

    Getting to the gym 4 times a wk consistently, regained most of what I lost while not training. Diet is ok apart from the sweets (so not ok lol) and drugs at a minimum (350 test 300 deca) I still smoke way too much weed but coke and drink are rare pleasures that I can take or leave.

    3 days a week for the last year probably - diets bit hit and miss and defo got a dad bod now.

    Heaviest I've ever been though, fancy a proper crack at it soon again
