For me it's currently as follows. Carbs/sugar: Frozen berries Peanut Butter Milk Fats: Coconut oil to cook Eggs Protein: Tinned mackerel. Simply can't afford meat at the moment, but love fish anyway. Banana whey. Veg: Shit loads of garlic Broccoli Spinach Other: Tumeric Needs improving though. Less carbs and a lot more veg is the plan.
