What food's do you eat in a week?

    For me it's currently as follows.

    Carbs/sugar:

    Frozen berries

    Peanut Butter

    Milk

    Fats:

    Coconut oil to cook

    Eggs

    Protein:

    Tinned mackerel. Simply can't afford meat at the moment, but love fish anyway.

    Banana whey. 

    Veg:

    Shit loads of garlic

    Broccoli

    Spinach

    Other:

    Tumeric

    Needs improving though. Less carbs and a lot more veg is the plan.

    Total up whatever my food comes to, say if I have garlic bread will use that in my allowance so will drop fats from elsewhere etc

    Cauliflower

    Other

    Garlic

    Chilli's

    Tumeric

    Chinese 5 spice

    Reggae reggae sauce

    Ill talk about when im training, Not what ive been eating the last month. Because that's basically been redbull and pizza.

    Carbs / Sugars

    Redbull - yes, Im aware its shit but I have a problem. Don't laugh! im serious!

    Dextrose, Malto.

    Potatoes,

    Sweet Potatoes

    Rice very occasionally.

    Bread once in a blue moon.

    Fats

    Coconut oil to cook everything in.

    Nuts,

    PNB

    Mayo.

    Protein

    pretty much anything that had eyes, But mainly chicken and Beef. Rarely eat fish.

    Eggs tend to be a once a week thing now.

    Veg / Fruit

    Lots of onions and peppers. Tend to eat them every day. Same with lettuce.

    other veg tends to be limited, cabbage/kale/cavelo Nero, Broccoli. the occasional carrot.

    Other stuff.

    Tend to go through a lot of spices, tomato puree, Worcester sauce.

    tomatoes
