Kind of neither. I generally try to clean bulk, altho that will inevitably mean one or two excess lbs creeping on. Decided today in fact that I want to be abit leaner so might tip the scales in favour of that for a bit now.

Good session today, my double on 140 2 weeks ago felt good enough to try and triple it today. Was tough but nailed. Ext left my legs truely raped, could hardly walk. The rest was solid enough.

Alas I am only a recreational lover..... in fact, even less frequently than that courtesy of being married LOL.


I don't really 'do' anything - if you bare in mind that work is my only internet access it speaks volumes. I work in a 6th Form College Sports Centre, one of the Duty Managers. I get to perv at 16-18y/o old students for the 1st few hours of my shift then wait for something to happen for the remaining hours. Invariably nothing does happen and at half 10 I go home and make up some crap about what a stressful evening I've had.

A comical 3rd attempt on 140, looking at the vid I don't know why I even bothered, it was never on LOL. Even managed to blow my blast set too. However, albeit with a real struggle I was happy to get all 8s on 50s for inc and xovers were strong too. Biceps were, well, biceps, OK.


Other good news. My boy got into our fisrt choice for primary this morning, then this afternoon we found out that the Mrs also has a job there...... Niiiiice.

Good news on the school front although the little un probably did'nt want to go to a school where his mam works she'll cramp his style with the women LOL

LOL it's definately a win on the lie on front LOL. She has been doing 8-6 4 days a week so it was looking down to me fpr teh school run, but now, happy days. It also means if I get the chance to swap to an early shift I can get the chance to spend the odd weekday evening at home which wouldn't have been an option if I was needed to take him to school. On the down side, I will miss the yummy mummys


My main plan however, assuming finances are OK, is to up the ante training and AAS wise now I have the entire mornings to myself. Up til now, anything requiring daily shots etc (GH and the like) haven't really been that practical. Now I can really go to town - if I want to. Morning cardio is on for cutting up and I can train whenever I want between waking up and working at 3pm.


If I was less selfish I might have used the time for an extra job to rake some money in

Good session today, while I had hoped for 3 on my PP it was still a 2rep PB. Went heavier on my strict work and floor press stuff to see if that's what I need to kick things on a bit. Used discs not DB for my dips and fcuk me did I wobble in comparison. Got a ludicrous pump on today and kept getting comments about my arms and shoulders from a people with that 'what are you on' look in their eye. As I was training arms and delts I was able to brush them off with it just being a good pump.

Didn't quite have my grip nailed today, only just got my triple before it slipped out, not good. Not enthused by the progress elsewhere either. Granted I am keeping cals a little tight to keep in condition but it's still a bit off ATM. That said, my Hammer work today was downa tad but was pretty strict and I focussed more on a deep stretch and working thru the lower end of the rep more.
