Finally got the recipe right for a decent lean burger.

500g of 5% fat Steak mince

250g of 5% fat pork mince

    1 egg yolk

    1 tbsp of Worcesterchireshire sauce

    1 garlic clove finely chopped

1 heaped teaspoon of dried chilli flakes

    1 gherkin finely diced

    1 small onion finely diced

1 heaped teaspoon of dijon mustard

    Seasoning to taste.

Combine above and leave in the fridge for at least 1 hour.

I fried it with a little coconut oil. Start with a high heat to get a good chargrilled outside then lower to cook right through turning every few minutes.

Tasted bloody awesome with Nandos sauce or Tabasco

I've bought a load of lean mince via muscle food.

Bit of Salt and pepper and this sweetcorn relish my Mrs got me and I'm rating them up with some of the best burgers I've paid for.
