Phase 1 -"The recomp":

It went well all things considered.

Had a bad weekend and lost the plot a bit last weekend so decided to call it a day cutting....its a shame as I have been alot fuller and more vasuclar previously but oh well. My attempt at water manip/carb manip turned into a dirty carb load tueday and a couple of dyazide tuesday night. Pics are this morning.

Would have like to have gone all the way with the legs and back fat but I was not at the expense of being a cnut to loved ones ( I was this weekend).

First pic around 8 weeks ago having not trainin and HRT dosed for the best part of 3 months (acne etc).

Phase 2 - "The Lean Bulk":

Starting This Sunday:

Week 1 - 4:

AP Tren Hex - 1 amp eod

Testolic - 1 amp eod

GSL NPP - 1ml eod

Dbol (hearts or squares) - 30mg p/d

Novorapid pre workout - 5iu x 4 p/w (taper up carbs allowing)

Pharma HGH (undecied which one) - 4iu training days (post workout)/2iu rest days (first thing on empty)

Week 5: Week in Cornwall

Testolic - 1 amp eod

HGH - 2iu p/d

Week 6:

AP Tren Hex - 1 amp eod

Testolic - 1 amp eod

GSL NPP - 1ml eod

HGH - 2iu p/d

Week 7 - 8:

AP Tren Hex - 1 amp eod

Testolic - 1 amp eod

GSL NPP - 1ml eod

Dbol (hearts or squares) - 30mg p/d

Diet and training to follow im going to the shops/smoke.....
 
Shame you couldn't of gone all the way, but you got put the priority's first!

i think thats a excellent base tbh mate, if things are kept tight as you grow youll look tight anyway as muscle n intra muscle water goes up...

i wanna hit your sort of bodyfat before my next phase tbh and then blow up lean like you!

Could be leaner though tbf....I reckon i will need to keep it very clean to avoid the sides fat piling on pretty quickly.

Wake up 6am and stright into...

30 mins prior to workout - 4iu HGH sub q

15 mins prior to workout - 6iu novorapid sub q

10 mins prior to workout - 30g carbs from maltodextrin/5g creatine mono/10g BCAA/ECA cap

During workout - 30g carbs from dextrose/5g creatine mono/10g BCAA

Post workout - 70g carbs from oats and 50g protein from egg whites

Finish the job buddy. No stone unturned then rather than blow up and think shit could of been leaner before I done this. You will always have what of otherwise. Your too close follow it through dude.
 
hmmmm I am having that thought alot tbh.
Why not keep dieting, use the HGH still while dieting.


Get totally shredded then stable then lean bulk..


be better to get all stubborn fat off first before as its always harder to gain that back when its gone.
 
I don't know what issues you have had with loved ones but that obviously needs to be taken into account.

But fuck mate real close to want you want you know this
