Hi.... Approaching 31. Used to train every day and was in decent condition. I play sunday league, done my ligaments end of last season and got lazy. Now I'm back on it last 3 weeks. Iv got myself some t5 fat burners. There not bad. My gains in the previous life were on a shocking diet really so I'm looking to start from scratch and do things properly. Also I was totally natural before, I'm not ruling anything out though but obvs diet is key for me first. Does anybody else write essays for intros?
