High Calorie/carb Shakes Without Oats

    Want to get it around 1200-1500kcal mark... Only thing is I can't touch oats... Or gluten for that matter.. But still need a good carb source

    So far it will be

    2 pint of Blue top milk
    50-100g peanut butter
    100ml cream

    Split into 2 X shakes

    Baby rice is a good filler for shakes. I used to mix a few scoops of whey into it for breakfast. Think I might start again coz I think I'm getting too much bloat of gluten rich foods.

    @Grimnir Is it expensive... Been looking at maybe adding rice flour?

    As baby rice yes, 100g for £1.80 but its just rice flour so it'll be cheaper to buy as such.
