I've been thinking of starting a Journal for awhile now, and I figured it's about time I got off my metaphorical arse and start writing.
My end goal is to simply be big, Be Huge to be monstrous. My idol is Frank Mcgrath.
I started lifting a year ago at sometime this month. So it's a pretty good time I suppose to start this thing.
So far I haven't messed with any Gear only 3 weeks worth of D-bol I was given

My stats as of today are:

    Height- 6foot
    Weight-92kg
BF-20.5 inch according to an internet test but the Tesco 50p-a-pop scale says I'm 13.5 so who knows
    Bicep-16inch
    Quad- Just under 24inch
    Waist-37inch
    Chest-43.5

Messing around on my PC earlier with a picture I took before I started lifting and one I took today this is my year transformation.
It's got some sh*tty instagram filter on it.

    Thank you guys.
Homer I've had a good guide for the last few months.

Because if my injury I can only train it on days when it doesn't hurt/ache. Today woke up feeling good so,
Trained back/biceps today. Was a really good sesh for what it was. I can't do bent over rows or t-bars because of my injury.
    So it's very machine orientated.

Had a nice burn going, 3 sets of everything
For 12/15 slow reps. Felt really good to be honest. Managed to throw my lower back out picking an ez bar up on my last set of the day.

    Wide grip chins
    Close grip seated rows
    Lat pull down
    Wise grip seated rows.
Some kind if t bar row machine that you lean on a chest pad.
    Close grip pull downs.

    Standing curls.
    Seated hammers
    Ez bar curl drop set.

Sat in spoons now waiting for a large steak as a bit of a treat :)

Sent from my microwave using defrost.

It was a silly mistake. I think the bloody combined weight of the bar and every weight on there at the time was 12.5kg.

I'm going to apologise for this >> Sent from my microwave using defrost.

I changed it on Tapatalk as a bit of a joke, now I can't bloody change it back.

    Thank you @mick_the_brick
Stayed at the GFs last night so had to train at a gym in Lincoln.
Little spit and sawdust affair, tiny little thing but brilliant for what's in there.

She was whining that she wanted to "Go for a walk" this morning but I had to go to the gym. Shoulder day, favourite day of the week.

seated shoulder press on a smith.
    side raises
    seated rear delt raises
    Arnold press
shrugs (rarely do them so thought I'd throw them in the mix)
    seated side raises
    standing front raises
    cable rear delt raises

All in all good session, felt knackered brilliant pump on, gunna be aching all day :D

Got back to the GFs, brought her a frozen CD because I knew she'd whine I spent to long in the gym.
    Still go whined at. sigh.
Wants to do something tomorrow but I want to train arms then go watch my mate deadlift a car.

But I'm not sure If I'll get away with it Lmao.

    Haha, yeah right.
    I'm not that lucky.
She's sporty, just not into lifting.

Doubt we'll be able to though, she goes back to Ipswich a week on Sunday mate.

That's a weird place mate Ipswich isn't it?

Was working down there 1 week out of every month for a while found a topper of a bistro though where they would make whatever I asked for up fresh etc

Very good pricing too - 2 courses ran at 15 quid
