I've been thinking of starting a Journal for awhile now, and I figured it's about time I got off my metaphorical arse and start writing. My end goal is to simply be big, Be Huge to be monstrous. My idol is Frank Mcgrath. I started lifting a year ago at sometime this month. So it's a pretty good time I suppose to start this thing. So far I haven't messed with any Gear only 3 weeks worth of D-bol I was given My stats as of today are: Height- 6foot Weight-92kg BF-20.5 inch according to an internet test but the Tesco 50p-a-pop scale says I'm 13.5 so who knows Bicep-16inch Quad- Just under 24inch Waist-37inch Chest-43.5 Messing around on my PC earlier with a picture I took before I started lifting and one I took today this is my year transformation. It's got some sh*tty instagram filter on it.
