Choco-cado Milkshake

    Ingredients

    2 1/2 cups water or almond milk
    1 ripe avocado
    2 tablespoon cocoa powder
    1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    liquid stevia, to taste
    2 handfuls of ice

    serves 2

    Low carbing at the minute and came across this so thought I'd share. Going to try this at the weekend but substitute the coco powder for a scoop of choc whey

    Looks alright except the stevia.....


    I'd rather use honey and to fuck with it. Stevia tastes fucking awful!

    Yeah I'd leave that out with using chocolate whey, I just copied and pasted it.
