Decent one for those with kids, my daughter has it for dessert few times a week and loves it. Two large ripe bananas, cut into slices, whack it in the freezer for minimum 5hours. I do it night before. Take out freezer when you want to eat it and whack it in blender. Comes out really nice and creamy. (Want the banana to be ripe enough, with black spots on the skins and def not green skins) I put a sprinkle of chopped nuts on my daughters one cos trying to sneak in fruits/veg/good fats into her diet. For those who want some protein with it, put a scoop vanilla/banana whey in the blender before you blend. Simples.
