    That was made to look easy. That's a lot more than I can comfortably dead, I'm very weak on these.

    Epic mate, max was 230 but it was the only time I yank dragged it but 220k  I was solid at 14.7 abit chubby 5 yrs ago.

    Thailand I had a audience when pulling 160k....at same weight and less fat but no proper leg training for years + junkie status. Leg held solid mass but the muscle has no power.

    +I'm a shortass with long arms so its easier for me.....well it was ,BTW is that you in your avatar ,if so fair play, you and Pip are almost as good looking as me and IB ,you'll get there. More hair products like me......hair clipper haircuts in Thai hospital after splitting my helmet is a good look.

    That's 2 helmets I've split there....

    Seriously though, impressive hows it compare to the other 2 'big' life if you do em.

    Cheers lads. I Opened too light, I'm gonna train my cnut off now for 12 months and do a proper comp... winner pulled 275 and I think I had a lot more in me than that 240. I just snatched those first two lifts then completely blew the 260 with shit foot placement. Tried to rush it as I don't like being watched in all honesty.


    Need to just keep working on technique and my set up.


    Reckon I can get my squat respectable and edge deadlift up a bit closer towards 300 and bench above 165/170 in that time frame... Maybe higher. Pushed 140 for several a few weeks back.


    Really enjoying this training....

    I Dunno RAD.... Ive dropped to higher rep ranges and I'm gonna work back up.


    Hit 165 for 10,10,8 last night then 140 for 10.


    Each one of those 165 felt heavier than that 240 on Sunday lolz!


    Pagan, 16 stone 8 at the moment mate, just cleaned up diet and added cardio. Could sneak into an under 95kg if I shed the adipose. That's the plan atm. Try and work towards a 600kg total. Then I'll dive on a comp.


    Should be there abouts before summers out. Prob get that now if I was rested and on form tbh. Just far too heavy. See how it goes....
