my journey to the wales wbf and possible pca birmingham!

Ok..so this is my first ever journal so bare with me if i bore you! So this weekend will be 10weeks out from the wbf in port talbot wales and hoping to compete in the pca in birmingham 2weeks later... 

Long story short was in a car accident around 8 weeks ago so that brought my training to a shudddering halt..literally no weight training for over 4weeks and only now getting upto speed again..due to a severe tennis elbow injury..still to this day i cant do simple movements like dumbell side laterals..up right rows..heavy deadlifts and hammer curls..

So since the accident i cleaned up my diet a bit and been managing to slam a good amount of steady state cardio in... so dropped quite a bit of body fat but now back to training 90% ish again find im quickly growing too... im holding 14st 5lbs at this present moment and was looking at doing the classics catergory in which the limit with my height of 5ft 9/10 is around 13st 2lbs...so its going to be touch and go at the moment on if il keep growing or not or maybe sacrifice a bit of size to make the limit... im old school through and through bodybuilding wise...aim to is obviously nail some freaky conditioning whilst pulling of the sickly vacuum pose.. be nice to aim to qualify for the british finals in june but i guess you never know whos going to turn up on the day!! Any questions at all..il try and answer as honestly as possible regardless of what it may be.. thanks dave

have you got anyone helping you with dialling in for the show?

thanks all...that avi was about 4weeks ago so even more freakier now hehe.... mick ive got no one dialling me in at present.. im.a bit undecided to be honest because theres 2-3 different people who have offered to do it but all got different methods and totally different styles..all i know is that im feeling great at the moment...seeing changes quite frequently and im not on any fast acting esters yet..training 5-6days a week most of them twice a day whilst working 12hr day and night shifts...so maybe il make a decision around the 4-6week mark...although admittingly i think im going to need help on the last week or so with dropping water etc..
 
Would be good to see a few shots pal. Not too close to the day though as it will ruin the surprise!

Yeah i dont want to give to much away tbh...i set up a facebook page 2or 3yrs ago when i last competed..and i was only a beginner then..but had a 1000or so followers and certain high level amateurs were quick enough to run me down and slag me off etc...dont know if it was because they had been around a while and had only a few hundred followers mind lol. I will try and get some pics up soon...being single im not the best at selfies lol 
 
Brief update...morning weight still 14st 5lbs.. 8.15 this morning abs and 1hour steady state cardio on the treadmill. Usually hit around 650cals with heart rate between 120-135bpm. All of this fasted on 20g bcaas and i do sip on 15g bcaas throughout the night.

Abs consisted of 3 rounds of decline bench leg ups x20reps supersetted with 35kg barbell twists 20reps each side then 4sets of 25reps of controlled rope crunches racked at 68kg...

Around 3ish now will be back for some arms with an occasional training partner of mine...so hopefully get some photos up at some point

Been in a car accident myself recently and as you said, brought everything to a stand still... Where abouts you from? I'm just outside Cardiff, might even pop along to see the show depending on work etc

cheers fella...literally all i could do was steady state cardio on treadmill for first 4-5weeks then slowly got back in weights..so hoping to add muscle n lose fat now. Still with my arm cant do deadlifts..side laterals with dumbells and up right rows..tried 7.5kgs upright rows earlier n not a bloody chance!! Im near pontypridd fella..yourself??

Well today as stayed earlier done abs n hour of cardio this morning... then around 2.30 done just 3exercises of shoulders and smashed arms and thought it would be clever to do 15mins on the stairmaster to finish off!! Got a few pics to come...holding tons of water..lighting and camera guy wasnt the best n no legs shots ooops.. hope theres not too much hate to follow.. please bear in mind i know im a long way off for 10 weeks but confident il get there...i think another 4weeks should have a better idea where im at..
 
Having trouble uploading pictures atm saying files are too big?? As i want to try and be as honest as possible and no bullshit thought id maybe give a slight run down of supplements and aas atm...

Supps wise 2g l carnitine ed, 3g vit c ed,  1 centrum perfomance multivit ed, 3g omega 3 ed, 1.5g tumeric ed

Aas wise As of 2weeks ago 500mg pharma test, 400mg npp, 400mg mast e 50mcg t3..

6 weeks out the plan is (possibly a bit high so may lower) 450mg test p..450mg tren a..450 mast p..50mg anavar 25mg winny..
 
Yeah I feel your pain... I'm having some major rotator cuff problems at the moment so pretty much renders all upper body useless. Never the less, gonna try and get to the gym this week to work legs. Where you train? One 2 one isit? I'm in llantrisant, so not too far

im in beddau mate!! Small world lol.. Im in pacific gym..absolutely incredable there now!!

Delts and shoulders looking good. Few more lbs to come off but I know you are on the case. Keep going!

yeah definatly holding alot of water n fat...but ive got a perverted obsession with cardio atm so no worries there... really struggling to bring more thickness in my arms especially bis...struggling with calves probably cos im so flat footed and cant get on my toes!! Have very high lat insertions too but might gdt away with that when my waist becomes even smaller!!
